These terms apply to all purchases of Clear Hearing products made through our website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Clear Hearing is a trading name of Aeon Leads Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Registered address: 5th Floor, 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. Contact: info@aeonleads.com.

2. Our product

Clear Hearing is a consumer hearing device, not a medically regulated hearing aid. It boosts the high-frequency sounds that fade with age for most people. It is intended for general consumer use by adults with everyday age-related hearing change.

If you have severe hearing loss, a diagnosed condition, sudden hearing change, pain or discharge, please see your GP or a qualified audiologist before using our product.

3. Price

The current price is £149 for one pair. Prices include any applicable taxes. Delivery within the UK is free. Prices shown at checkout are the total amount you will be charged. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point a binding contract is formed between you and us.

We may refuse an order at our discretion, for example if the product is out of stock, if the price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse an order we will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store full card details on our systems.

See our Shipping Policy for full details. In summary: free UK tracked delivery, typically arriving within 4 to 7 working days.

7. Your right to cancel and return

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

In addition we offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee. You can return the product within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. To start a return, email info@aeonleads.com and we will provide our UK returns address. See our Returns Policy for the full process.

8. Warranty

We provide a 12-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the product develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, contact info@aeonleads.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the price you paid for the product.

Clear Hearing is a consumer hearing device, not a medical device. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the product in place of clinical audiology care where clinical care was appropriate.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruption, severe weather, or acts of public authorities.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those in force on the date you place it.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring a claim in the courts of your home country.

14. Complaints

If you have a complaint, email info@aeonleads.com. We aim to respond within 2 working days. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body, or to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline on 0808 223 1133.
