When you take the hearing check: your age range, answers to three screening questions, and the results of the tone test. Optionally your name and email if you choose to have your results emailed.
When you buy a product: your name, delivery address, email, phone number and payment details (payment is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details).
When you contact us: the information you include in your message.
Automatically: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited. This is collected through cookies and analytics tools.

To deliver the hearing check and show you your result.
To process and deliver orders.
To handle returns and refunds under our 60-day guarantee.
To email you updates about our product (only if you opt in). You can unsubscribe at any time.
