Clear Hearing ships direct from our manufacturing partner to your door. That’s how we keep the price at £149 instead of the £3,000 the high street charges — we don’t pay for a shop, a fitter, or a UK warehouse. All orders include free tracked delivery to UK addresses.

Most orders arrive within 5 to 7 working days from despatch. We’ll email a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the warehouse so you can follow it the whole way. Occasional customs delays may add a day or two.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.
Who delivers your order
Your order is shipped by tracked international courier and handed off to Royal Mail or a UK courier for the final mile to your door. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery areas
We deliver free to all UK postcodes including mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and the Scottish Highlands. Some remote postcodes may take 1 to 2 extra working days.
We do not currently ship outside the UK.
Signing for your order
Your order is tracked but does not normally require a signature. If you’re not in when it arrives the carrier will either leave it in a safe place or follow their usual card-through-door procedure.
Missing or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 working days of the shipping confirmation, email info@aeonleads.com with your order number. We’ll track it with the carrier and, if it’s genuinely lost, we will send a replacement or refund in full.
Damaged on arrival
If your Clear Hearing arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item, and email us at info@aeonleads.com within 48 hours. We’ll arrange a free replacement — you keep the damaged unit, we send a fresh one.
Wrong address
If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address, email us as soon as possible. We can usually change it if the order hasn’t shipped. Once it’s in the carrier’s hands we can’t change the address.
Returns
For returns, see our Returns Policy. We accept returns to a UK address within 60 days. Email us first and we’ll send you the returns address.
