How our guarantee works
We offer a voluntary 60-day money-back guarantee that sits on top of your statutory rights. You can return Clear Hearing within 60 days of delivery for any reason — or no reason at all.
How to return
- Email info@aeonleads.com from the address you used to order. Include your order number and a one-line note that you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1 working day with our UK returns address and a return reference number.
- Pack the device back in its original box with all accessories (charging case, ear tips, cable). Write the return reference number on the outside of the parcel.
- Post it to the returns address by Royal Mail Tracked or any tracked service. Keep your tracking receipt.
Return postage is at your cost (typically £3 to £5 by Royal Mail Tracked 48). If the device arrived faulty or damaged, we cover the return cost — just include a copy of the receipt and we’ll refund the postage with the order.
When you’ll get your refund
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item at our UK address. The refund goes back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a further 3 to 5 working days to show in your account.
Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Notify us in writing within that window and post the device back within a further 14 days. Our 60-day goodwill guarantee is longer and more generous, but the 14-day statutory right is always available to you.
Warranty
If Clear Hearing develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, email info@aeonleads.com with a description of the problem and your order number. We’ll arrange a free replacement — in most cases we’ll ship a new unit straight away and dispose of the faulty one for you (no need to post it back). The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or loss.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Goods we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If Clear Hearing is faulty when it arrives, you have the right to:
- A full refund if you reject it within 30 days.
- A repair or replacement between 30 days and 6 months (we assume any fault in this period was present at purchase unless we can show otherwise).
- A partial refund or further repair/replacement after 6 months.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights.
Products that can’t be returned
For hygiene reasons we cannot resell returned products. All returned Clear Hearing devices are recycled responsibly. This does not affect your right to return.
We may decline a refund where the device has been damaged through misuse or modification, or returned without all original accessories — unless the item itself is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fair use
The 60-day money-back guarantee is offered in good faith and per household. We reserve the right to decline refunds on duplicate orders to the same address or where there is evidence of abuse. This does not affect your statutory rights.
